Jessica is trained as a Postpartum Doula and Lactation Education Counselor in NYC.  She supports parents from the newborn through the preschool years, offering support groups, workshops, and parent consulting.  Jessica is also fortunate to work with The Motherhood Center, a local organization that offers support for new and expecting mothers suffering from postpartum depression and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, where she runs a behavioral sleep group in their partial-hospitalization program.

Prior to having kids, Jessica completed her Masters in Public Healthcare Administration at NYU. Jessica then went on to work at NYU Langone Medical Center and Gilda's Club, a non-profit organization offering emotional and social support services to families living with cancer.
